How do I register?

Registration is a one-time process of setting up an account with a USERNAME (email address required) and PASSWORD, along with other elements of your profile. This lets you LOGIN on the website to access information offered on the website.
To register, please follow the instructions:

  • On the website, for the package you are interested in, click: Sign up.
  • Fill out the form, including the Alert options and read the Terms and Conditions, and choose “Register” button.

You have now successfully registered. Please remember your username and password and enter it to LOGIN on the site in the future.

How do I pay for my subscription?

After signing up or registering for a package, you will get the option of paying through credit/debit card or net banking.

How do I renew my annual subscription?

You will receive a renewal reminder through email. Log in to your account with us, go into the “My Account” section and select the “Renew subscription” option.

How do I cancel a paid subscription?

Orders are regarded as firm and subscription payments are non refundable. Taking out an annual subscription commits you for a minimum of one year.

If you have received a renewal reminder and do not wish to continue with the subscription, log into your account and select the “Do not renew” option.

Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting customer service (mentioned below) – please provide your Customer ID, your name and email id.

How can I change information in my account?

If you want to change any details in your Account/Profile, follow the instructions below:

  • Log in using your current username and password (case sensitive).
  • After logging in, click on the "My Account" tab
  • You will see a tab called, “Account Info,” which shows all your current details.
  • You can then edit your profile information.
  • REMEMBER to click on the ‘Update Profile’ button (or ‘Change Password’ button, if appropriate) to save your changes.

I forgot my password and I cannot login. What should I do?

Please remember passwords are case-sensitive, check your CapsLock key. If that does not resolve the problem, the Forgot Password instructions are below. If these steps do not solve your login problem, please contact customer service.

  • Please go to the website and choose the Login link.
  • From the Login box, choose the Forgot Password link.
  • From the Forgot Password page, enter the email address you used to Register your account, and choose “Reset Password.”
  • An email will be sent to the account you provided and will include the remaining steps to complete the process to reset your password.

I entered my correct login info but the page just reloads without logging me in. What should I do?

In such a case you need to clear the cache on your web browser by deleting your temporary internet files. Please refer to the instruction provided within the “Settings” or “Tools” link from your browser navigation. This is the most likely explanation. If the above does not resolve your problem, please contact customer service.
